Greg Basch is a pastor, writer, speaker, and leadership consultant whose work explores spiritual formation, leadership, and the role of awe and wonder in human flourishing.

Before launching Basch Leadership, Greg spent more than seven years on staff at Elevation Church, one of the largest churches in America. There he helped launch and lead campuses, develop leaders, and build the teams and systems necessary to sustain a growing multisite church. In his later years at Elevation, Greg provided leadership and oversight across more than 20 campuses and approximately 150 staff members. Today, he draws on that experience to help churches, nonprofits, and businesses cultivate leaders of uncommon depth, wisdom, and resilience.

Alongside his leadership work, Greg writes and teaches at the intersection of ancient Christian spirituality and modern insights from psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, and the natural world. He is particularly interested in how awe and wonder reshape our attention, quiet our preoccupation with ourselves, and awaken us to the presence of God in everyday life.

Greg is completing a master's degree in Christian Spiritual Formation and Leadership at Friends University and writes regularly through his Substack, Feral Faith, where thousands of readers follow his reflections on spirituality, church history, leadership, and the life of the soul. He also teaches and speaks for churches, leadership teams, and conferences in the U.S. and abroad.

Greg lives in Charleston, South Carolina, with his wife, Kristin, and their two daughters. He can often be found exploring the beaches and waterways of the Lowcountry—believing some of life's best classrooms are the wild places that teach us to slow down, pay attention, and wonder.
