THE ART OF
LEADING
YOURSELF
A 4-Week Coaching Group

Anxiety, burnout, despair, depression, numbness, emptiness, Disillusionment, the dark night of the soul.
season 2:
defense against the abyss
The abyss has many names.
It’s the place where hope runs dry, where prayers feel like they fall on deaf ears, where the light goes out.
Too many good leaders have been lost in that place—wearied by the weight, at the end of their strength, isolated.
worn down by the weight of the world, overwhelmed, alone.
This Fall, good ground will turn on a light in the darkness. We’ll learn to understand the valleys we walk through, recognize the patterns that drag us to the brink, and find our way back to wholeness. Together, we’ll explore the road to soul and emotional health--rhythms of rest and renewal, spiritual practices, and tools for building a resilient life.
This season isn’t just about surviving the abyss. It’s about walking with God in it, leading others through it, and discovering that even the dark can develop us.
Because we need you healthy. We need you whole. The world needs your voice.
Guest teachers:
Executive Director, Them Before Us
Women’s Pastor, The Pursuit
Wellness Director, Elevation Church

season 1:
The art of leading yourself
The most important person you’ll ever lead is you.
Too many leaders are frustrated, exhausted, and stuck because they are giving everything they have to everyone else, and leaving nothing for themselves.
Leading yourself isn’t selfish, it’s good stewardship. The best thing you can give the people around you is the best version of you.
Throughout The Art of Leading Yourself, we will build a blueprint for developing ourselves in the four fundamental areas of who we are:
Heart, Soul, Mind, and Strength.
-
The fire that God lit in you when he made you. The reason you're here. Your heart needs direction.
-
The part of you that communes with your Creator. In a world of noise, hurry, and distraction, your soul needs presence.
-
Your thoughts, your intellect, your creative calling. Your mind needs wisdom.
-
When what's in you impacts the world around you. Your strength needs strategy.

Too many leaders feel stuck or stagnant because they don’t have a blueprint for leading the most crucial person – themselves.
This coaching group will help you develop the systems, strategies and practices you need to lead yourself effectively so that you can lead others better.
Once you have a strong foundation for leading yourself, leadership becomes refreshing rather than draining, making progress every day becomes easy, and the vision you have for your life will feel possible again.
